Staff Announcement - Developmental Director 

 We are excited to announce that Yana Jenson has Accepted the position of Developmental Director. Yana comes with a long background of working and developing young athletes. Yana will be working with all our teams and coaches from ages U12 to U8. Providing Support, Curriculum, and developmental pathways.

First and foremost, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Derek and Albion Soccer Club for placing their trust in me to drive positive change and foster the development of our players and coaches. It is a privilege to be part of a club that shares my passion for soccer and is dedicated to nurturing the potential of every player.

I have been a part of the Idaho club soccer community since the age of 9, back when I admired players like Mia Hamm and eagerly circled University of North Carolina gear in my Eurosport Magazines for my parents to purchase as gifts. My motivation as a youth soccer coach stems from my own journey as a young player and is focused on advancing and educating the community surrounding young athletes. My aim is to establish best practices that foster a culture where our athletes (and coaches!) can learn and thrive.

I am excited about the journey ahead and look forward to working closely with the coaching staff, players, and families to create a supportive community where each individual can thrive and reach their full potential.
