8:30 AM – Player Arrival & Check-In
9:00 AM – Welcome & Daily Topic Discussion
9:10 AM – Technical Warm-Up
• No Pressure Ball Work / Individual Touches

9:30 AM – Technical & Tactical Training
• Medium Pressure Situational Play

10:00 AM – Small-Sided Tactical Game
• Focus on Shape, Movement, & Decisions

10:30 AM – 4v4 Competitive Games (30 Minutes)
• Fast-Paced, High-Engagement Format

What do I need to Bring: 

• athletic attire 
• cleats
• shin guards 
• water 

Camp Reminder:

The camp will run daily from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM. Please ensure that all players:

• Eat a healthy breakfast before arriving

• Bring plenty of water to stay hydrated

• Pack a small snack if needed (granola bars, fruit, etc.)
